چکیده
Background Doing a job with functional activity may aggravate chronic neck pain(CNP). Thickness, PCSA of the muscles can be improved exercise. During Covid-19 pandemic, people has caused an increase in home workload, frequency performing activities related to performance increased. The distance between physiotherapists and patient should at least 2 meters clinics due risk transmission. As result, importance telerehabilitation Objectives Our aim is investigate effect remotely spinal stabilization exercises(SSE) on clinical variables, activities, exercise adherence muscle architecture patients CNP. Methods demographic characteristics were recorded. Pain intensity Visual Analog Scale (VAS), disability level Neck Disability Index (NDI), awareness Fremantle Awareness Questionnaire (FreNAQ), capacity levels function evaluation test, difficulty VAS assessed. Muscle thickness M. Sternocleideomastoideus, Upper Trapezius, Longus Colli, Cervical Multifidus was evaluated resting 3.5-10 MHz ultrasound. Exercise Adherence Rating program satisfaction evaluated. group (TG) used exercises videos video conferences, control (CG) did SSE clinic. To study effects interventions, outcome measures compared time-by-group interaction effects, one within-groups factor (time) between-groups (group) by repeated-measures two-way ANOVA. Mann Whitney-U test performed compare two groups for non-parametric data. Results Twenty-eight randomly allocated TG CG. VAS, NDI, FreNAQ, levels, showed similar changes over time both groups. no significant (p>0.05); (p<0.001). There difference terms architecture. (p>0.05). Both adapted well highly satisfied (p<0.05). Conclusion decreased; increased after 8 weeks SSE. Background and purpose: Chronic neck pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders. Many studies have reported the effect of exercise on pain, but given the increase in neck arch, hyperkyphosis, and scapular function that are associated with pain-related postural changes, it seems that the study of pain changes with forward head posture, hyper-kyphosis, and The purpose of the present...
